Before we start we sign a single page together: one clear goal and 3-5 measurable, pass/fail criteria. At the end of the month, a live demo on your real cases, against those criteria. No slides, just the product that works.
The demo is the validated, working direction; full production rollout is the next step, which we plan together.

- If you continue, the work becomes yours. Code and IP pass to you, documented and maintainable. Not a black box.
- Month to month, no lock-in. Even for a single month: you leave at the end of any month, no penalties. Friends as before.
Why can we afford the month at our own risk? Because we orchestrate AI agents: a small team does the work that used to take five. That is the reason we exist.
Build vs hire
Less than a single hired developer.
A single senior developer hired in Italy costs you, fully loaded with social charges and severance, between 6,700 and 9,600 euros a month.
