The problem

75% of employees use AI without their company knowing.

Source: Microsoft Work Trend Index 2024. The real gap isn't the technology — it's structured adoption. Every team has a minority of advanced users building personal skills alongside a majority using AI like a chat window. The result: a productivity gap within the same team, no shared processes, and governance risks out of control.

Team asymmetries

Those who know how to use AI do three times as much. Those who don't fall behind. Average productivity doesn't rise — only the 2–3 power users' does.

No governance

"AI deleted the files" has happened at more than one company. You need skills with multi-step confirmation, approval workflows, and shared rules.

Forgotten workshops

70% of course content evaporates within 2 weeks without accountability. That's why our programmes include monthly coaching.

The method

Three phases. No slides — only your real cases.

All proposals share the same methodological backbone. What changes is the depth and duration of post-workshop support.

  1. 01

    2–4 hours

    Kick-off scoping

Session with the internal sponsor and advanced users to map the real processes we'll bring into the workshop. Output: a custom workshop agenda built around your team's actual tasks.

  2. 02

    2 days × 4h per batch

    Batch workshop

We split the team into batches of max 10 people, N batches depending on team size. Topics: conscious use of company AI tools, standardised connectors (Drive, email, chat, CRM, ATS, ERP), shared company skills, 'AI safe use' policy. Same content for every batch, adaptive format to ensure engagement while keeping part of the operational team available during sessions.

  3. 03

    2 hours per batch

    Wrap-up review

One session per batch, 1 month after the workshop. Circle format: each participant brings a real case, we review what's been applied, where people got stuck, and what needs consolidating.

Deliverables

What your team takes home.

  • Role-specific prompt pack with recurring tasks pre-built
  • Set of standardised company skills (delete protection, approval flow, connector management)
  • 1-pager 'AI safe use' policy to circulate internally
  • Connector checklist: what to activate, what to deactivate, when, and with which permissions

Who runs the workshop

Two co-founders in the room. Two complementary perspectives.

Daniel leads the change management and AI adoption side: how to turn AI use into team-level productivity. Davide leads the agent development and technical governance side: connectors, company skills, safe use. The cases they bring into the workshop are cases they've lived with Soraia's clients.

What we DON'T do

We'll say it upfront, to avoid any misunderstanding.

  • Theory-heavy courses on AI's impact on society or the economy
  • Slides packed with generic tools, disconnected from your real processes
  • One-shot workshops with no follow-up — 70% of the content is forgotten within 2 weeks

Three tiers

Three proposals. Same foundation, different support.

All include kick-off, workshop, and wrap-up. What changes is the depth of post-workshop follow-up — because that's where real adoption happens.

Proposal 1

Foundation

€8–10k

For teams up to 20 people

When it makes sense: you need to level up baseline skills and secure AI usage without a long-term commitment.

What's included

  • Kick-off scoping (2–4h)
  • Batch workshops, max 10 people per batch (2 days × 4h per batch)
  • Wrap-up review at 1 month (2h per batch)

Proposal 3

Foundation + Coaching + Brain Pilot

€30–35k

Optional add-on

Coaching package.

Available on top of any proposal. Individual or small-group coaching hours (max 5 people), to be used in the months following the workshop for team members who need targeted support. Three sizes with a decreasing hourly rate at higher volumes.

Package

10 hours

€120/hour

€1,200 total

When it makes sense: A handful of specific cases to unblock in the weeks following the workshop.

Package

20 hours

€100/hour

€2,000 total

When it makes sense: More sustained support spread across multiple team members.

Package

50 hours

€90/hour

€4,500 total

When it makes sense: Extended consolidation programme covering the full year after the workshop.

What a single hour includes

1:1 session or small group (max 5 people) on individual use cases, deep dive into company-specific processes, skill debugging, and coaching towards autonomy. Hours are company-wide: whoever in the team needs them uses them — they are not per-person allocations.

Terms. The package can be activated within 3 months of the end of the workshop. Once activated, hours are valid for 12 months. Invoiced at activation. You can purchase multiple packages or upgrade to a larger size if the first runs out.

ROI

Why the investment pays off.

Conservative estimate based on 30 minutes freed per day per person with correct AI usage, 220 working days/year.

"The programme changed the way the R&D team uses AI. Before, it was 2–3 people experimenting; today the whole team has shared skills and agentic workflows built on real processes. Daniel doesn't sell courses — he brings into the workshop cases he has lived."

FAQ

What people usually ask us.

Who is this programme designed for?

For knowledge workers doing analytical, managerial, or creative work: Business Analysts, M&A, Project Managers, Recruiters, Account Managers, Content Creators, Operations, Customer Success. We work with teams of 10 to 50 people; above 50 we split into additional batches.

How long does the full programme take?

Foundation: ~6 weeks total (kick-off + 2 workshops over 2–3 weeks + wrap-up at 1 month). Foundation + Coaching: 4 months (Foundation + 3 months of support). Foundation + Brain Pilot: 4 months with dedicated coaching on the Brain.

Which AI tools do you work with?

We are AI-agnostic. We start from whatever your company has already chosen — any enterprise LLM (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Mistral, or others), any automation stack, any CRM/ATS/ERP. We don't sell new licences or ask you to switch providers. We teach your team to use well what they already use poorly — or don't use at all.

What is the Company Brain and why does it matter?

A lightweight framework (local folder + private repository) where each person accumulates their own knowledge about processes, clients, and projects. The company's chosen AI tool connects to it and becomes a 'personal intern' that knows the person's work and can handle delegated tasks. Already used internally at Soraia for over 6 months — framework ready to deploy.

In-person or remote workshop?

Default: in-person at your premises, because engagement is 3× higher and practical cases surface naturally. Remote delivery is possible for distributed teams with a specific setup (shorter sessions, async exercises between sessions). Travel within Italy is included in the setup fee.

How do you measure ROI?

Self-reported productivity tracking: baseline at kick-off, milestones at 1 and 3 months. Final review at 5 months with consolidated impact data and a forward roadmap. The conservative estimate is 30 minutes freed per day per person — at 220 working days = 110h/year/person × €50–80/h fully loaded.

What if adoption doesn't take off?

Proposals 2 and 3 include monthly coaching with accountability (assigned exercise, group check-up, 1:1 coaching): that's the difference between real adoption and a forgotten workshop. If adoption still hasn't kicked in after 2 months, we identify it then and adapt the method or the participants — we don't wait for the final review.

Do you have experience in my sector?

We have run similar programmes for clients in venture capital and financial services (LIFTT), recruitment (APraise, OggiLavoro, Stars Be Original), accounting (Numeraria), real estate (FRH, Rainplan), and tech (Navily, StoryWonder). The initial scoping always starts from your specific sector.
