From idea to production,
one sprint at a time.

You know what you want to automate. We build it in short iterative sprints: the first agent runs on your real processes in four weeks, then improves one release at a time.

Method

How we build your AI agents.

Short iterative sprints: at every cycle the agent already does something useful in production. No six-month projects that end in a demo. You see the value from the first week.

Iterative sprints: every cycle delivers value in production
Iterative sprints: at every cycle the agent is already in production.

The difference

In 4 weeks you are already in production

Many agencies, four weeks in, still haven't sent you a quote. With us, within that same month, the first release is already running on your real processes.

After every release, priorities are updated.

Instead of planning six months of work on paper, each sprint starts from what is really needed, measured on the real usage of the previous release. We build only what brings value, in the right order.

Release early

The first agent goes into production in four weeks. From there you work on something real, in daily use, instead of on a presentation.

Measure real usage

We see what gets used, what doesn't, where it gets stuck. What the data say about the release drives the next sprint.

Re-rank priorities

What matters most moves to the top. What is no longer needed drops out. The goal stays fixed, the route is corrected every month.

Goal: the complete tool

The summit is the final goal, the complete tool. Each sprint is a step. After every release, priorities are updated based on real usage.

The team

Three dedicated people on your project.

One per role: an Account Manager, a Project Manager and an AI Engineer. They know your processes and stay the same for the whole journey. Monthly hours are shared across the three roles.

Daniel Levis Veronica Pisana Paolo Bacchetti

Account Manager

Daniel, Veronica and Paolo

Knows your business and keeps the relationship going over time. Takes care of:

  • Goals: understands the business context and what really needs to change
  • Priorities: decides with you what goes into the sprint and what waits
  • Value: measures results against the investment, month after month
  • Continuity: the same point of contact before, during and after the project

This is the person you talk to from the first call: they turn business goals into priorities for the team and tell you frankly when something is not worth doing.

Eleonora Cogo Davide Silvestri

Project Manager

Eleonora and Davide

Your single point of contact for the whole engagement. Guarantees four things:

  • Communication: a weekly progress update and a contact you can always reach
  • Budget: control against the quoted scope and early warning of any deviation
  • Timing: the phased plan, always up to date
  • Quality: the acceptance test of every delivery

Keeps the log of hours and work in the project dashboard, which you can access at any time, and at every milestone brings you the delivery to check: the point where you approve or ask for corrections before moving on.

Lorenzo Barbaglia Martina Rochstein Mohamed Mejri Sebastian Geido Narella Petrocco

AI Engineer

Lorenzo, Martina, Mohamed, Sebastian and Narella

Responsible for the whole technical build.

  • Design and UX/UI
  • Full-stack development and architecture
  • AI agent optimisation: output checks, document quality, lower processing cost
  • Quality assurance and large-scale stress tests
  • DevOps in secure environments, deployment and controlled production releases

Agent optimisation gets its own line for a reason: we tune the system so it leaves out the information it doesn't have instead of guessing it, and we keep going until it passes the test on the real cases that come from actual use.

The model and the levels are on the pricing page, from €5,000 per month.

The client portal, in real time

During the Sprints you have this portal: the tickets in progress, the Sprint's progress, what has been released. No black box, no reports to chase. Try it below, with sample data (the demo is in Italian).
