• Direct coordination with the Head of Product to receive and understand the new features to be developed
• Prioritization of the product backlog and sprint planning
• Development and implementation of the functionality (Airtable + Softr) made available to a panel of users

Solution

Soraia introduced the development of an MVP for their platform using Airtable and Softr. This has made it possible to release new features to a small number of users much faster, allowing the user experience to be validated before implementation in production environments.
